Showing symptoms? We will send students home if they are showing symptoms of COVID-19. The CDC guidance on symptoms indicates that symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. There are multiple respiratory illnesses out there at this time of year, and we will use an abundance of caution to support our community. If your child is showing symptoms similar to COVID-19, they can return to school with proof of a negative test. At home test kits are available upon request. Students can access coursework through Google Classroom if they are home sick, and they should email their teachers with any questions.
FOOD & NUTRITION SERVICES: Food Service is available FREE for all students. Breakfast service begins at 7:30am. Lunch is available for the first 15 minutes of each lunch period. For more information, including a weekly menu, visit MDUSD Food & Nutrition webpage.
